Safc-Fans Terms & Conditions
Safc-Fans is meant to be an enjoyable site for anyone to use, but we still have to apply rules so everyone can enjoy their stay here. We've previously taken the lenient stance on offences, but it led to inconsistency so we have decided to implement some rules to the site.
Starting New Topics
You will not start a new topic (aka hit the "new topic" button) if the topic already exists. Always search for an existing topic to reply to, and only start a new one if you are sure the topic hasn't been discussed recently. (Search engine link is on the top right corner of every board page)
You will post your topic on the correct board. With hundreds of messages posted every day, it is necessary to have several boards dedicated to the more popular conversation topics. Please think about which board your topic belongs in before posting your message
Posting of SPAM messages
Simply don't do it! They will be deleted, and staff may take further action if deemed necessary.
* SPAM = Stupid Pointless Annoying Messages
* Can cover messages without any real meaning, i.e. haha.
* Can also cover advertising of sites.
Advertising of other sites
This will not, under any circumstances, be tolerated. If you want to become an affiliate of Safc-Fans, please contact a member of staff. We will not tolerate members posting links to any forums; football or not. Please, when posting a news story from an official source, quote the site, but do not give a link only without explanation.
Use of the PM system
All personal messages sent via Safc-Fans are logged. If a member complains about a PM sent to them, an administrator will check the logs. Any member found to be advertising competiting sites, verbally abusing members, or breaking any other rule via the PM system will be banned.
Multiple Accounts
Any member found to have more than one account at Safc-Fans will have all their accounts suspended. If you create a new account having recently returned (except from a ban) and not knowing your own account details, please contact an administrator immediately so we don't suspend your account.
Use of foul/abusive language
We accept that swearing is becoming more widely used in the outside world, and we have a fair tolerance of foul language. However, we don't accept any members abusing others. Excessive use of meaningless foul language will lead to punishment. Members of any age are allowed to use Safc-Fans. Please bare this in mind. This is up to the moderator's/administrator's decision.

The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.
