At last, although the game isn't won yet we're 2-0 up and looking comfortable, just the confidence our team needs! Now we can start gathering form again and the "Bruce out" brigade can crawl back into the woodwork.

Just the boost our season needs to get back on course, we can still gun for 10th.

EDIT: Make that 3-0!!!!!!!

Big respect to Bruce, tonight the reason we won so comfortably was due to 2 things, Bent and our defence.

We soaked up all the pressure, didn't concede and left it to Bent to grab us the goals. It wasn't so long ago we couldn't go a game without conceding. Major improvment.

Couldnt fault Bruce's decisions tonight. And it all clicked into place. Happy days!

Don't forget Steed Malbranque he was superb!!!
I've said on here that he should be shipped out end of season but that was for past performances.

Tonight he looked like the player he was when Spurs first signed him.
Playing on the left seemed to suit him much better and if he could play like this every week then there's no way I would let him leave.

He gave us that much needed composure and creativity that's been missing for weeks and it proved to be decisive in making more chances for our Strikers.

Keep this up and we'll be safe long before end of season.
