That's actually a very hoonourable thing to have done and shows some decent commitment from Short.
I wonder what the value of the players are worth that he's spent his money on - given the performances I can't see too many clubs snapping our hands off for many of the players that we currently own.
Here's to next season.

its good to know ellis short is behind sb and quinn and club i-m,
i was watching an interview whith nq on safc tv good to see the club is financialy stable and not in debt as
much as bigger clubs are these days,n quinn allso mentioned about the club been big and going places and short putting more money in to the club which is brilliant news for us,like you say i-m all we need to do now is start wining games to keep us up, and roll on next season in the PL be intresting to see who we sign

Ellis Short's committment is great to hear so now it's the players turn to show some of the same themselves.
If these punks can't beat Bolton/Burnley and Hull they should hang their miserable heads in shame.
They are letting the Owner/Chairman/Manager and the fans down.
We must not just hope but demand better in the home games coming up.
Ellis has as much said so and does not expect this debacle of a season go down to the wire.
And so say all of us!!!

Whilst I am pleased to read the decent financial news coming out of the club, itll all mean nothing if we get relegated and struggle to bounce straight back.
These lads really need to start producing on the pitch! I know we are all sick and tired of saying it but come on....14 games is a joke!
